The Festival Maribor Orchestra with the integrated vibrant drive of the Australian Chamber Orchestra teams up with the Maribor Festival Choir and an exceptional line-up of soloists in Beethoven's epic Symphony No. 9. Richard Tognetti, who always gives us Beethoven that is alive and hot while being a fresh and memorable affair, is the Conductor and Lead Violin.

Symphony No. 9 represents the apotheosis of Beethoven’s symphonies and a remarkable page in the book of universal culture. Its general tone is happiness captured in multiple instances.

The Symphony of Joy for the last night of the festival, for the festival finale… And what a finale it will be!
